PLC systems engineered for uptime, not just for startup.
From a single machine to a plant-wide migration, we design, program, build and commission control systems that your maintenance team can actually support — documented, version-controlled and tested before they touch production.
A system that runs, but nobody can change.
- No functional spec, so the software becomes the specification.
- Undocumented code with force bits left in production.
- Panels built to no standard, with no spare capacity.
- Commissioning runs late; downtime gets extended.
- Every small change needs the original integrator.
Engineered to be handed over.
- Written, signed-off design before any code is written.
- Structured code, consistent tags, versioned releases.
- Panels built and tested in the workshop, witnessed by you.
- Cutover planned in stages with rollback points.
- Full documentation, backups and training at handover.
Six deliverables, not a black box.
Every project includes the same core set of engineering outputs — regardless of size.

Panel build and point-to-point testing before dispatch
Functional design specification
Written scope, sequence of operations, I/O list, alarm philosophy and acceptance criteria — signed off before code is written.
Electrical design
Schematics, panel layouts, cable schedules and BOM in EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical, issued for review and as-built.
PLC & HMI software
Structured, commented, version-controlled code with simulation tests. No undocumented magic left for the next engineer.
Panel build & FAT
Assembly to IEC 61439 / UL 508A practices, point-to-point checks and a witnessed factory acceptance test.
Installation & commissioning
Loop checks, dry commissioning, live cutover and SAT — scheduled around your production windows.
Documentation & training
As-built drawings, backups, spares list and operator/maintainer training so the plant can run without us.
Your platform, or the right one for the job.
We are platform-agnostic and will recommend based on installed base, spares, skills and lifecycle — not on what we prefer to sell.
| Make | Family | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Siemens | S7-1200 / S7-1500 / TIA Portal | New machines, plant upgrades |
| Rockwell | CompactLogix / ControlLogix / Studio 5000 | OEM and US-spec lines |
| Mitsubishi | FX5 / iQ-R / GX Works | Compact machines, Asia-built assets |
| Schneider | M221 / M241 / Machine Expert | Utilities, buildings, OEM |
| Beckhoff | TwinCAT 3 / EtherCAT | High-speed motion and test rigs |
| CODESYS | V3 runtime on third-party hardware | Vendor-neutral platforms |
What is inside a typical engagement.
Scope is fixed in writing before work starts. Anything outside it is quoted, not absorbed into an open-ended hourly bill.
| Phase | Deliverables |
|---|---|
| 01Scope & sequence | Functional design spec, I/O list, alarm list, acceptance criteria |
| 02Electrical | Schematics, panel layout, BOM, cable schedule, thermal calculation |
| 03Software | PLC program, HMI/SCADA screens, recipes, trends, user management |
| 04Build | Panel assembly, wiring, point-to-point test, FAT report |
| 05Site | Installation supervision, loop checks, commissioning, SAT report |
| 06Handover | As-built drawings, backups, spares list, training, support offer |
Boring discipline. Boringly reliable results.
These are not marketing promises — they are the working rules applied to every project, and they are auditable at handover.
- 01Consistent tag and naming conventions from day one
- 02Code and HMI projects under version control with tagged releases
- 03Factory simulation and offline testing before site access
- 04Network segmentation and access control aligned to IEC 62443
- 05Documented backup and restore procedure at handover
- 06Change log maintained for every site modification
The things clients ask first.
Can you retrofit an existing line without a full shutdown?
Usually, yes. Most retrofits are staged across planned windows — weekends, shift gaps or scheduled maintenance. We map the cutover sequence and rollback plan during design so each step has a defined abort point.
Do you work with our existing PLC platform?
We program Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi, Schneider, Beckhoff and CODESYS-based systems. If your platform is older or obscure, we'll tell you honestly whether migration, bridging or full replacement is the better commercial call.
Can you build to UL or CE requirements for export?
Yes. Panels are designed and assembled to IEC 61439 or UL 508A practices as required, with component selection, labelling and documentation matched to the destination market.
What happens after commissioning?
You receive as-built documentation, program backups, a spares recommendation and training. Ongoing support is available as a contract with defined response times, including secure remote diagnostics.
How do you price a project?
After a scope review we issue a fixed-price proposal with a clear breakdown and stated assumptions. Changes outside scope are quoted separately — no open-ended hourly surprises.
Have a line to upgrade or a new machine to control?
Send us the existing drawings, or just describe what it needs to do. We'll come back with an approach and an honest lead time.
